Museum Quality Printed Posters
Our goal is to provide museum-quality prints. That means using only the highest quality materials.
Our personalized posters are printed on a premium 10.3 mil thick heavyweight, archival and acid-free paper stock. The inks are Epson Ultrachrome HDR (High Dynamic Range) ink, made specifically for high quality prints worthy of gallery exhibitions.
Each poster is individually processed and made with love.
Our frames are made in Los Angeles from wood. The frame color is black, with a 1″ border, making the final diameter of a Framed Poster 1″ larger on all sides (ie. a 24″ x 36″ poster measures 26″ x 38″ framed). Shatter-resistant Acrylite (acrylic) covers the print.
Please note that the frames are not matted. If you would like a matte, we recommend ordering the printed poster and taking it to your local framing shop for best results.
For shipping, frames are wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. They are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Lastly, they are wrapped in a thicker, durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
Our canvas posters are printed on a 20.5 mil thick poly-cotton blend canvas with a matte finish.
The canvases use hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars and the fade-resistant canvas is hand-stretched.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Every product is custom-made to order. It takes time to create handcrafted products like ours, but you will generally receive delivery within 2 weeks of placing your order.
Call Me Lovey offers standard shipping via USPS to arrive in 3-5 business days to destinations within the continental U.S.A. Canada is 10-20 business days via 1st class international.
Delivery times are calculated based on a Northern California Bay Area shipping origin. When placing an order, please take into account shipping delays, such as holiday, weekend, and weather-related factors.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as well as a link where you can follow up on the status of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Call me Lovey’s products are sold and payments are processed through Amazon. You can pay with whatever payment methods Amazon accepts in your country.
Is Sales Tax charged?
Call Me Lovey is required to collect sales tax on items delivered to California and to Ontario, Canada.
You will receive an email confirmation from Amazon.com after ordering. We will also notify you when your order has shipped. You will receive a tracking number as well as a link where you can follow up on the status of your order.
If you make a special request, such as a custom color, we will email you directly.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
After 24 hours of order placement, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded as it is already in process.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free within the United States.
We ship our 24×18 and 36×24 posters in super-durable cardboard tubes. The 16×12 poster is shipped flat with stiff cardboard backing to prevent bending. Framed posters and canvases are shipped in corrugated boxes.
Shipping rates vary by country, poster size/type and how the poster is packaged. Please see order details at Amazon.com for shipping details to countries outside of the U.S.
I’ve received my email confirmation with the tracking number, why can’t I see the tracking info in the link provided?
Your order has been shipped, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.
Custom Fees Notice
Shipments outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.
Can I Return My Order?
Call Me Lovey is fully committed to providing high-quality products and amazing customer service. If you are not satisfied with any products for any reason within our control, please get in touch within 30 days to initiate a return. Please return the order in its original form and packaging to us so that your exchange can be processed quickly.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to allow returns based on customer input errors (e.g. typos). Please be sure to carefully review the personalized text during the ordering process. While we are unable to refund your original payment, we are happy to assist you with a reorder. If an error is made by Call Me Lovey, please accept our sincere apology and we will reprint and replace your order at no additional cost to you.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If your poster was damaged in transit, please take a good quality photo of the damaged goods and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
